RESTORING OLD DAMAGED PHOTOS?

Maybe you still have an old photo of your parents, grandparents or even great-grandparents somewhere. Possibly it got damaged over time? Photos are irreplaceable and have a lot of emotional value. Often old photographs carry significant traces of viewing them time after time, and going from hand to hand or they have faded by the light even when they were safe in an album. Often there are stains, scratches, creases and other damages on the photos. Sometimes so bad that parts of the image have disappeared completely. I would like to restore your old (antique) and badly damaged family photos for you and get the best possible result out of them. Old photos (black and white or sepia) can also be coloured upon request.

PHOTO RESTAURATION: WHAT'S THE PRICE?

The cost of the repair is mainly determined by the duration of the operation. Since not every photo requires the same amount of Photoshop tricks or time it is not possible to use “standard prices”. So, it is best to request a quote in advance for the restoration of your beloved photo : € 40 per hour (minimim amount € 30) excl. VAT.

An old photo is first scanned and brought back to life using a number of Photoshop techniques.

YOU DELIVER THE PHOTO(S)
– You bring the photo(s) to us yourself or
– You may send the photo(s) by registered mail to our address or
– Preferably scan your photo (s) (or have it done) not less than 300 dpi, and send the image via mail. (We can scan for you up to 2400 dpi.)
– If it concerns multiple images, you can use WeTransfer.
